We recommend staying onsite at Hershey Lodge, the host venue for the 2026 Keystone News Summit. Staying at the Lodge offers convenience, comfort, and easy access to all Summit programming, networking opportunities, and on-site amenities throughout your visit.

A dedicated Keystone News Summit room block is now available at a discounted rate of $199 per night, plus 11% taxes, for stays April 15–17, 2026.

Please note that this will be the only official booking link for the Summit room block—be cautious of any third-party links or emails offering hotel rooms.

Guests may book their room by phone by calling 855-729-3108 and asking for the Keystone News Summit room block at the Hershey Lodge (April 15–17, 2026).
The reservations team is available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., to assist with booking.
A one-night advance deposit, including tax, will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
Please note that the room block cut-off date is Friday, March 13, 2026. After this date, rooms and/or the group rate may no longer be available.

Recommended Arrival & Departure

Programming begins early on Thursday, April 16, and concludes on Friday, April 17.

To get the most out of the Summit, we strongly recommend:

Arriving the evening of Wednesday, April 15, so you’re settled in before programming begins.
Departing any time after programming wraps on Friday, April 17.
